9/11 is a day that people will always remember; on September
11th of 2001 at 9:03am shock an fear in New Yorkers and such tough
state was now in serious crisis. An airplane from united airlines with 65
people aboard and going 590 miles crashes into the top at the south tower and
only stays standing for 56 minutes. So many people hurt physically and
emotionally they had family and friends working in the twin towers, about 200
fire fighters dead and 76 police officers missing. The person responsible for
all this is a terrorist group called Al Qaeda which hijacked three planes all
with passengers in them. The main target was the world trade center in New York
City and the Pentagon in Washington D.C. there was also a fourth plane that
crashed into a Pennsylvania field.
The twin towers had been around since April 04, 1973: it was
the world trade center standing at 1,368 feet. The south trade center offered
an indoor and outdoor observation for the public while the north tower was more
off limits to the public. On a normal weekday there was 50,000 people working
and 200,000 people visiting, the complex of the twin towers was so big it had its
own zip code.
Reflection: I had not seen footage of this tragic moment and
as I was watching it I got goose bumps. seeing how people were devastated to loose family, friends, and acquaintance. As I watched the videos all I think of was what I would have done if that was my family and loved once . . .

John Wooden
"what you are as a person is far more important than what you are as a basketball player"
To me this statement means that no matter how good you play that doesn't determine the person you truly are. you can be the best basketball player but it means nothing if you cant seem to be a good human being, an individual with morals, goals, and aspirations in life. Meaning you can win millions of games but what is most important is who you are as an individual and with other people. Even if you don't win a game what matters is what you have on the inside and what good qualities you have to offer others and so others can learn from you.

"Your past is not your potential."
The past you have doesn't determine the potential you have, its all about working towards what your potential is, your past only helps you better yourself and prove to yourself that you have more to offer than what you showed in past experiences all you can do now is grow from it and prove to anyone that the potential you have is still to grow more and more by the day.

Anesthesiologists are the doctors that provide and put the
epidural on a person before surgery. Their job is to keep their patients safe

After the anthologist puts the anesthesia on a patient they do not leave your
side until you are at full recovery from the epidural.
Salary: $300,000 annually
Education: internship, at least three years of training
after medical school, pre-med requirement.

suffer after the surgery.

"Relentless, repetitive self-talk is what changes our self-image."
"Relentless, repetitive self-talk is what changes our self-image."
I believe that the quote is intended to motivate a person, meaning don't just talk do something about yourself. don't say you are going to change, just show people and demonstrate to yourself that you can change and make a better person of yourself. make a change in you then help others change as well. don't talk about anything just do it and people will see that you are honest about wanting to make a better person of you.
